Herriman Residents Directory is a privately operated reference to public rolls, record indexes, and directory collections concerning people who live or have lived in Herriman, Utah. It does not host government records and has no affiliation with Herriman City, Salt Lake County, Utah state offices, a court, or a records custodian.
2. Lawful Use Rules
Access the reference only for a lawful purpose. You may not use the pages or information obtained through them to:
- Stalk, harass, intimidate, threaten, or harm any person
- Locate a person protected by a restraining or protective order
- Carry out identity theft, fraud, or another unlawful act
- Make a decision for a purpose regulated by the FCRA, including credit, employment, tenant, or insurance decisions
- Scrape, reproduce, or republish the content at scale
- Disrupt the operation or security of the service
3. No Consumer Reports
Herriman Residents Directory is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, 15 U.S.C. § 1681 et seq. Neither the material described here nor a result from a linked search tool is a consumer report. It may not be used to assess eligibility for credit, employment, housing, insurance, or another purpose covered by the FCRA.
4. External Links
Salt Lake County, Herriman City, Utah Courts, library, archive, and other third-party services set their own terms and policies. Sponsored search tools do as well. Herriman Residents Directory is not responsible for an outside resource's content, uptime, price, or data practices.
5. Warranty Disclaimer
The reference is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. No promise is made that a description is accurate, complete, or current, or that a linked portal will remain available or return a correct result.
6. Liability Limits
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operators are not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from use of the reference or an outside resource, including an action taken from a record found through it.

10. Access Restrictions
Access may be blocked or limited for a user who violates these terms or abuses the service. That action may be taken at the operators' discretion and without advance notice.
11. Utah Law and Records Context
These terms are governed by Utah law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Public-record access questions involving Herriman City or Salt Lake County are governed separately by Utah's Government Records Access and Management Act, Utah Code Title 63G, Chapter 2. Section 63G-2-201 addresses public records and classification; §63G-2-203 permits reasonable actual-cost fees; §63G-2-204 addresses response timing; and §63G-2-401 provides an appeal route for a denial. The Utah State Archives GRAMA guidance explains that a request should identify existing records rather than ask an office to conduct research or answer a question.
12. Severability
If a court finds one provision unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect.
