Contact Herriman Directory

This Is Not a Government Office or Records Custodian. Herriman Residents Directory is privately operated. It cannot retrieve records, issue certified copies, confirm an address, or alter a roll. Send those requests to the custodian named below. Call 911 in an emergency. Contact local police if you believe stalking or harassment is taking place.

Where to Request a Herriman Record

Use the office that created or maintains the record. The common Herriman routes are:

  • Address and ownership: use the Herriman street directory path for the Salt Lake County Assessor and Recorder systems
  • Older directories and past households: use the Herriman city directory collections route
  • One person: use the Herriman resident lookup route through the relevant custodian
  • City files: contact the Herriman City Recorder for minutes, elections, city records, and GRAMA requests
  • Unavailable online: make a Utah Government Records Access and Management Act request for an existing record, rather than asking the custodian to answer a research question

For a city record, start with the Herriman City Recorder, which serves as the city records custodian and GRAMA contact. Salt Lake County offices handle property, election, marriage, and archive requests separately.
